住んでいるのがマンションなので、水道水がおいしくありません。
300ml程度のペットボトルの水により、マグカップにコーヒーを淹れています。

(1)　水は、あずみ野もしくは白洲のミネラルウォーター
(2)　山用クッカーとやかん間で水を何回か移し替えて、空気を入れる
(3)　ガラス容器に粗びき粉を入れて、お湯を注ぐ
　　　マグカップに水道水を入れて、電子レンジで温める
(4)　スプーンでかき混ぜる
(5)　約２分後にスプーンで表面の泡を捨てる
　　　「雑味」が少なくなります
(6)　マグカップのお湯を捨てて、Coresを上に乗せる
(7)　Coresでコーヒー液を濾過する
(8)　後片付け
　　　粉の入ったガラス容器に水を加え、Coresに流し込む
　　　粉をゴミ箱に捨てる
　　　使った道具をスポンジと洗剤で洗う

ネットで調べてみると、フレンチプレスというよりもカッピングに近いです。

Self-Serve Coffee Recipes

Already introduced on Twitter, but with added description.

I live in an apartment, so the tap water is not good.
I brew coffee in a mug by about 300ml bottled water.

(1) Water is Azumino or Shirasu mineral water
(2) Water is transferred several times between mountain cooker and kettle to aerate
(3) Put coarse powder in a glass container and pour hot water
　　　Fill a mug with tap water and heat it in the microwave.
(4) Stir with a spoon
(5) After about 2 minutes, discard the foam on the surface with a spoon.
　　　It will reduce the "messy taste."
(6) Drain the hot water from the mug and put the Cores on top.
(7) Filter the coffee liquid through the Cores
(8) Clean up
　　　Add water to the glass container with the powder and pour it into the Cores
　　　Discard the powder in the trash
　　　Wash used utensils with sponge and detergent

I looked it up on the internet and it is more like cupping than French press.
