2件でグローバルなつながりを感じました。

一つ目はWindowsのコマンドプロンプトの件です。
「Windows」＋「R」キーに「cmd」と入力すると、コマンドプロンプトのWindowが表示されて直ぐに閉じてしまう問題が発生しております。
SalomeやEasyISTRは、コマンドプロンプトを使用するので利用できません。
WSLのUbuntuから使用することが多いので、実質的な問題はSalome-mecaが動作しなくなったことです。
インターネットにより検索しても解決できなかったので、Microsoftのチャットサポートを利用しました。
以前は日本語でのサポートだったのですが、Microsoftの翻訳ツールでの日本語訳とチャット相手は日本語の英語訳で対応するように変わっていました。
指示された順は、以下の通りです。
(1) "sfc /scannow"を管理者権限で実行する
(2) 「Windows」＋「R」キーを押して、「msconfig」と入力し、Microsoftのサービス以外をすべて無効にする。
(3)　Windows 11のインストールメディアをダウンロードして、"in place reinstall"を実行する。
以上を行いましたが、解決できませんでした。
本件について、Microsoft　Supportから英語のメールが届いていたので、以下のように返信しました。
"I did an "in place reinstall" of Windows 11, but it did not solve the problem of the Window closing immediately after typing the "cmd" command.
From PowerShell, I can see the "cmd" version and help.
Is there an alternative solution, such as changing "cmd" to a PowerShell link?"

二つ目はElmerFEM（gitバージョン）のアップデート情報です。
「ElmerFEMのgitバージョンはnew branchになって、磁場関係のソルバーがアップデートされていました。」とツィートすると、フォロワーでないイタリアの人からすぐに「いいね」の反応がありました。
なお、メッシュ変換ソフトのElmerGridもアップデートされているようです。

It was a day when I felt the global connection of the Internet.

I felt the global connection in two cases.

The first is the Windows command prompt.
When I type "cmd" on the "Windows" + "R" key, the command prompt window appears and closes immediately.
Salome and EasyISTR are not available since they use the command prompt.
I often use them from WSL Ubuntu, so the real problem is that Salome-meca no longer works.
After searching the Internet for a solution, I turned to Microsoft's chat support.
The support used to be in Japanese, but it was changed to a Japanese translation using Microsoft's translation tool and the chat partner was to respond with an English translation of the Japanese.
The order in which the instructions were given is as follows
(1) Run "sfc /scannow" with administrator privileges.
(2) Press "Windows" + "R" keys and type "msconfig" to disable all services except Microsoft services.
(3) Download the Windows 11 installation media and execute "in place reinstall".
I did the above, but could not solve the problem.
I received an email from Microsoft Support in English regarding this issue, to which I replied as follows.

The second is information on updates to ElmerFEM (git version).
I tweeted, "The git version of ElmerFEM has a new branch and the magnetic field solver has been updated." I received an immediate "like" response from an Italian person who is not a follower.
ElmerGrid, the mesh transformation software, also seems to have been updated.
